After overcoming my own physical & mental health issues through movement & meditation, I believe the information I hold from this experience may be beneficial to people out there who want to positively enhance their own physical & mental health.

My purpose is to help you reach optimum health & happiness through Yoga, ZUU training (high intensity interval training), Personal Training & meditation. Whatever your health goals are, I’ll motivate & support you to get there.
